lots of practice and hair dye!! i do dye it myself, bleaching included, i usually do it ever 4-6 weeks or when i think it needs it/my roots are too long :3

honestly u take such good care of it like. dyeing it so well. someone @ my school (also named alex???) has the same colors but she just lets them fade & its like, gray brown with Hints of ur colors ....urs is so pretty ....
