Description
In the dark, somber night does he writeAll he can think of is music
The notes taunt this poor composer
To him it seems they will never, together flow
His hands, forbidden to create a musical piece
Never will his music be there to play
The miracle he wishes, is to stand on that podium and let them play
To be a true composer is his right
Of fame, all he wants is a little piece
The vow of unconditional love he holds to this marvelous music
So his hands write in the night, as the notes flow
A vision rushes through the great mind of this composer
In a room where vision is unknown, stands this lone composer
Light blinds his eyes, he lifts his graceful hands, and it is his music thousands of musicians play
Everyone starts to dance, as rippled dresses flow
The music is perfect, just right
Back to reality he goes, to stare at his non-existent music
And his mind is not at peace
So much torture has he gone through since he's tried to write this musical piece
It is now ready, and so is this composer
When they begin, the sweet melody flows through your soul, it is from this music
As in his dream, thousands of musicians play
This wondrous and beautiful music, did the composer write
And now, his music does flow
His wish has come true, the music he wrote does flow!
It belongs to him, this musical piece
All of those long hours did he write
Congratulations crowd this young composer
Again does he lift his graceful arms, and again do those musicians play
His hard work has now evolved into an angels heavenly voice, it is his music
The audience is consumed by this unmatched music
Like a gentle stream, does it flow
Every musician will soon play
This beautiful piece
Exhausted is this composer
But that is all right
All have enjoyed his music, and his mind is now at peace
Through his head does this music flow, he is now a true composer
And everywhere he goes they play, and all night did he write

This was GREAT. I love how it told a story and it flowed. It had such an offbeat rhythm in my head! The composer reminds me of the Phantom.

Refreshing. I don't usually like happy endings but this one was pretty damn good.

Thanks!! I know what you mean about the whole happy ending thing. Most of my stuff is depressing.
