A time of renewalAnd reflection,
To cleanse the mind and spirit
Of daunting tasks
Thrust into the ever-awaiting hands
A time to dream
And reminisce
Of the faint past,
Of memories long forgotten
That dwell patiently
In the hidden crevaces
Of the mind
A time to breathe the scent
Of unpolluted relaxation,
Whilst bathing in
The warm gentle rays of light
Reaching towards you from the sun
A time to just be
With no justification at all,
No reason other than
To cherish the splendor of life!

I agree with rockerbaby. When I have those sort of moments i generally just step outside and enjoy a little taste of nature. Btw did you intentionally mispell cleanse? Just wondering if I missed an underlying significance.
