Description
I see the light that flows in through my window; As shadows scatter, my demise is here
Inside I'm cold
But light brings warmth inside my prison,
The prison of my myself,
The prison of my mind
Watch the sun rise
In the eastern sky,
Brings about those memories
I lock inside my mind,
And while the cold heart
Beats so still,
Remember all the warmth
I used to feel
The gallows
How they call my name,
With longing in their voice
I shudder
At the winds ice cold whisper
Of promises, promises, promises
In my ear
Watch the sun rise
In the eastern sky,
Brings about those memories
I lock inside my mind,
And while the cold heart
Beats so still,
Remember all the warmth
I used to feel
My feet will walk
To the beat of that old drum,
My funeral march
Has just begun
And in the darkness
I can see,
The twisted monster
That is me
I shuffle towards it
Though I'm scared,
To the horrid answer
I have feared
Until there I stand
So calm so still,
At the gallows steep steps
I must climb,
And face my frightening
And utter demise
Watch the sun rise
In the eastern sky,
Brings about those memories
I lock inside my mind,
And while the cold heart
Beats so still,
Remember all the warmth
I used to feel
To the sun my face will turn,
Tears shall streak my face and burn,
Tomorrow is no more for me,
I die here without company
Remember how I watched the sun,
And while the cold heart
Beats so still,
Tears of blood
Shall I feel
Whisper farewell

I don't know really. I was bored and had nothing to do and then it just came to me. Ummmm............... ........................most of my stuff comes out of nowhere really. I think of a line and then the rest just comes out while I'm writing it.

I find that hard to believe. Just one line? you weren't think of anything in particular?

I don't think I was thinking of anything...... ................I was zoning out actually. I had my notebook out and my pen in my hand and then I just thought of the line......it's very hard for me to explain. It happens to me a lot actually. I don't really have to be thinking of writing anything or even thinking of the same thing for something to just pop into my head. Does that make sense? I don't know....I've always been able to do that. Of course I also come up with stories in my head when I'm zoning out. So maybe that's what happens. It's just a different type of story.

well, whatever this force is that zones you out and helps you unconsciously create such a beautiful piece, hopefully you'll always have it, no matter how strange it is.

Well, I hope so too! The only problem is that sometimes I do it during school and I'll be watching the teacher and looking like I'm paying attention, but then when I snap out of it, I won't know what I'm supposed to be doing or what the teacher said...... .......I know it's not good. But when I don't have anything to do, it keeps me occupied. XD

AWESOME. I love the way your writings evoke images in my mind, you do that very naturally!
This reminded me a little of Jean Valjean.

Thanks!!! I'm glad you can see the images. I really try to put a lot of imagery in it, so the quality of it is better than it would be if I was just telling you outright. I like doing like that!!
Ummmmmmmm.......
...................who's Jean Valijean? I'm sorry, I'm not good with names.

*pat* That's all right. I think you'd like it! You've probably heard songs from it before, though, without knowing it.
