It's Cass from UTC. And she's in her lab.I put a tail on her, although at this point her character design in the comic has no tail. But she just didn't look right without one, and I like drawing tails.
This image is being made into a wallpaper as a Christmas gift to the hundreds (!) of loyal readers that have noticed this fledgling webcomic.
Slight spoiler ahead if you're really annoyed with the presence of the tail:
I'm not worried about accuracy as far as this image is concerned, since her character design is changing once again in Chapter 3.

So she will become more of a goat? Oh no, although her brother might not mind becoming more or a squirell, hey, and about the tail, she will have to fix every yeans she has to make room for the tail, and glad the tail is not enormous, at least people won't step on it

Interesting picture and concept. So im guessing they keep on changing into whatever animals they are.
