Cool picture. I like how you gave him a human body shape with Eevee features.

How old are you?
Anyway..I totally agree with Mr Peaches. If you want to get better all around buy some books and magazines and look at the shape and anatomy of the characters. However, you'd want to concentrate on shape first.
As you get better drawing the general shape of things, then focus on anatomy and light.

Also! If you're into anime-ish, bad-A musclely dudes and dudettes, pictures of the Street Fighter cast will teach you everything about exaggerated musculature that you could ever want to know.

Mm'kay. First note that this is constructive criticism and I love you as a person and all that stuff.
OK, your art shows spunk. I like that. Photos of old stuff is great, but frankly I'll take a sphinx or eevee guy over that any day.
That having been said, your art level could use a little bulking up in the basics. When I got started I got a couple cheap little books that taught me these. What I advise is this: grab an old gaming magazine or any picture of what you like to draw and get somewhere where you can see it easily as you draw. Start with basic shapes, drawn really lightly. If you're a man, start with a little stick figure. With the next step, add basic shapes for his body, also lightly--a triangle with the point down for the torso, some long ovals for upper/lower arms and legs, etc. Continue in this fashion, adding a little more detail each time, carefully erasing the guidelines as you go. Make sure to know about proportions and that sort of thing, too.
This tactic works great for everything... like for pikachu you could slam a circle on a rounded-corner rectangle for your starting shapes.
I'd advise keeping the coolness of your art ideas, but I suggest you go through magazines like mad and practice that technique. Practice is, of course, the biggest helper.
