u click download then it will go into your computer and u go to ur profile on deviant art and press your profile pic find the file and choose it... it works for me

youd have to download it by right clicking it and seltecing "save as" then do what you must with any icon to upload it c:
although if i recall correctly this has too big of a file to be an icon, so ill fix that up for you in a jiffy
