Absolutely does NOT live up to his name. I hate this guy. He's definitely a villain. He is the cause of a great deal of misery for a large number of people. He is directly responsible for the genocide being carried out against the Visitors. Visitors now face extinction. Ainz has been trying to kill him for a very long time.

Mirth is the leader of the Traveler entities, but he's so secretive that even most of them aren't aware of his existence (Granted, most Travelers are just basically people. Regular people don't know the inner workings of top secret military operations.) His is known to employ the use of a special gas on people that makes them easier to control.

"He's their leader," he begins, "and his anchor is Myrna. Mirth is immensely powerful. He has the ability to change your mind or make you crazy, and he uses this ability to stir up chaos everywhere he goes. He can change your memories and he knows your deepest thoughts. He is poison. He's also very secretive. Most travelers don't even know about him and no one knows his whereabouts. I've been hunting him for centuries." -Ainz
