oh sooo sorry for the late reply, I'm not very active here anymore.Β
I can tell you, your art is great, I really like your style (and you are way better than me at anatomy T_T ) !Β Β
in this specific one , I used ArtRage for the realistic-looking brush strokes ( I do not remember which one exactly but it should be one of the defaults) . Otherwise for the 1st step I always use default photoshop brushes to draw main shape/colors and then take the smudge tool with this brushΒ
Β (the last one ;79% strength, 100% Angle jitter, and 110% scattering) so it looks something like thisΒ
