they're twins! they live in drowning,maine (before the city is abandoned circa october 1956!)
they were considered incarnates of destruction and drownings downfall was partially blamed on them! they're both thought to be dead :") madge (on the left) was buried alive and no ones sure what happened to mavis (on the right!).
