I really enjoyed making the backstory for this one owo I hope you guys like it!
I had a good cheesy Valentine's card idea for this guy/gal, but I don't think it's very PG XDXD You can probably guess what it was lol
I just thought of a PG one, though, so I'll be working on that once I eat lol

Here's his/her backstory!
This cat is actually water! Well, they're mostly water and part sand! He/she can become a cat (or another creature) from their water form on command by absorbing a majority of their water into the sand that makes up about 10% of their body. In order to keep in this sand form rather than changing back to water, the sand form 'cries' constantly by leaking water from its eyes, allowing the sand to stay dry enough to keep its body from going back into a puddle. Puddles that are formed by the sand creature's 'tears' can become even more of these creatures. These puddle-creatures are also able to control/possess even larger bodies of water. If he/she went into a pool for instance, the creature could possess all of the water inside it. If these creatures possess more water, they are able to make bigger sand forms, however the sand forms don't stay together as well as when the creature has less water in its system.

I'm taking any kind of offers for this character!!  (of course not souls or potatoes [actually maybe potatoes; I like potatoes XD] or random fake offers like that though X3)
I'm definitely looking at points and money offers, character design offers, and art offers
If you could include how much art / what kind of art you're offering if you're offering art, that would help a lot >u<
I'll probably feature comments of offers that are my current favorites ovo
