I don't usually think of Lex as evil, but I'll grant you that he does look very evil here.

Lex will lie, cheat, maim or kill to get what he wants. He is very intelligent, yet he doesn't use it to help others.

Actually, that depends on which version of Lex you're talking about. My primary reference is Michael Rosenbaum's Lex Luthor from the television series Smallville, and that Lex has helped quite a number of people, even on occasion risking his own life to do so.

Well i never regularly watched that program but in the comics whether golden,silver, bronze or modern age, Lex is a grade A evil scientist.

Yeah. But he really hates the Supers because they've upstaged him and stolen his press. And he WILL kill anyone who gets in his way.

Looks to me like he simply objects to people blindly trusting the 'Supers' and counting on them to fix everything -- and he has an excellent point.
