Description
This deviation is an older on of mine, however it still means alot to me. Having both Jewish and a grandfather who was in Lithuania in WW2 the subject is a close one to my heart. I feel this helps to express my feelings as well as the pain which Jewish women and children had to endure. Everyday they are remembered and my thoughts go out to what they endured. nice work. I just saw the "Why we fight" episode of Band of Brothers last night. Powerful stuff. It had to be such a huge shock to americans (and some germans) when they realized what had been going on. I like this piece because it speaks of an abomination, but it also speaks of hope. After all, the Jews are God's chosen people and he is watching out for them....
