Description EDIT: Added wayyy more to the description. Might add more later.
EDIT 2: I'm referring to things that are easy to control, guys. I know that biologically, when someone gets pissed enough, they literally "lose control" sometimes, but even that can be practiced. Yes, it's difficult, but if you wanna get through life, /practice/. I'm talking more along the lines of common sense.

You have to wonder where the line is crossed with some people.

This refers to cases with a lot of people in a lot of situations, whether it's sex, lashing out in arguments, attacking people for stating their opinions (Which isn't the same as disagreeing with their opinion), etc.

In regards to sex: As strong as hormones get, you still have self control. Yeah. It's there.
Is your boyfriend/girlfriend pressuring you ?
Grow a pair and stand your ground instead of caving, dammit. If they won't respect you for wanting to wait, then they aren't fucking worth it.

In regards to lashing out/snapping in arguments: If you had a bad day, there's less patience, sure, but there still should be that little thing called a CONSCIENCE in your head that's telling you something your doing isn't great. Listen to it.
Losing your temper in your argument is the quickest way to losing an argument, so keep your self control in check.

In regards to attacking people for having different opinions: Like I said, disagreeing with someone's opinion is one thing; attacking/flaming them is another. Try saying "I disagree, and here's why... [insert that here]", instead of "YOU'RE FUCKING STUPID AND U SHUD DIE FOR LIEKING [idk]!!!1!", you close-minded jackass. |:

In regards to ANYTHING ELSE: Seriously. Stop bullshitting and saying "I COULDN'T CONTROL MYSELF". Yes. Yes you can. Self control is one of the key elements to getting through LIFE. So if you can't handle that, you better learn quick.

You don't have to bottle it up. Don't viciously attack people, but maybe talk to your friends or draw vent art ?

It's not really because of myself I bottle it up.
If I get angry my mind blacks out and my body just takes control. Came to once just before maybe wounding my sister with a punch to her face or neck. Ever since then I said "yeah... better take control of this before I do something I both can't remember and regret".

Haven't really had problems since bottling it up. I mean yeah I still get aggrivated or annoyed or pissed off, but never angry.

Oh goodness. That's awful. Being able to control that is good, though, and I'm glad you're able to. I have moments like that sometimes, and it gets really difficult.

The one thing I never liked about it is that say something happened now, then I blacked out, say I beat someone to a bloody pulp then come to, people would look at me like I'm insane or something but I'm looking back at them with a calm "o_O" look on their face... maybe small blood stains on me wondering "Huh? What happened?"
