Background/Biography:
    Born near the witching hour of 19th century France, their parents became morose at the sight of twin’s pallor and almost stark white hair, thinking they would not survive a year after. With expenses tight, they were to be placed in baskets, and put at the foot of door to someone who would care for them till their impending deaths. A knock after, and disappearing footsteps, the door opened and they were taken under the wing of James Voclain. What a better caretaker than a warden of souls?
    They grew into twins of mischief, making trouble for their poor elder brother and his love. It didn’t help when their powers of trickery emerged, the two becoming more difficult to handle especially when he was mostly away to do his reaping and warding. James decided to send them to a safer environment for them to learn in, and his husband took liberties to enrolling them in advance. It was a year later that James realized that they were sent to a sinister academy, far off than the safety he imagined for the two. Arriving at the school, he was surprised and concerned to see his little charges turned into crystalline titans. Thinking of it as the school’s doing, he brings them home, unbeknownst to him that the real duo had tricked him, and bounded off into another world to freely explore without their brother’s hovering.
    It wasn’t hard to see a trail of chaos, and after years, he finally caught the hellions. A withering stern look, and a decades’ worth of scolding after, they were enrolled into new school -- the one not intended as punishment for them being themselves. Spoiled of their fun, the two ready themselves for a long academic experience… and a daily call from James.
