Finally, I get a chance to refresh my skills and do one of these memes. I had to do the whole thing in about 5 minutes, using scanned paper and a pen, but I least I did it, dammit!Sorry for ruining your meme, omgdragonfly!

Hee hee! Okay, I'll do it. An answer: Most of the time I use Paint Tool Sai (it's awesome and painterly-looking) but to touch up stuff I use Adobe Photoshop.
