Now, you see, I like this as it looks like Videl but it's not a complete mirror of Toriyama's style.
He is someone, who I felt, is an inspiration for myself, as his work is so recognisable but so incredibly different. In every project he uses the same style, the same character designs and ideas- but it always looks so unique.
This is similar as while it's obviously Videl (with a perky bottom)- it's not Toriyama's style- it's your style.
I've always had a soft spot for fan art that has a "new style" (and a perky bottom), as, I find, it's so very easy to make it look similar with the same style, but outside of that? Much harder. This is why I like this- it's recognisable but possesses a unique style and composition. Nice shading too. It's also nice to see a new take on an old idea. (Something I tried to do with a Toriyama character a while back and half-succeeded. xD)
There are some points for improvement, but, if I know you, and I thankfully do- you've probably already nailed them and are hot on the trail of changing them with the next piece. Overall, very nice work.

Sometimes I feel like coming back to the site but it frustrates me in a way. I still drop by, leave the odd comment, cough up a fur ball and leave again. If you like I'll send you (saucy) notes from time to time.
That said, I still leave comments and actually commented on a few things recently which is what lead me back here today. That and you uploaded something. So rare now.
Though, I understand what you mean about the style, I've been bouncing from style to style for a while myself, and I don't necessarily think I'm getting any closer to picking one. Though, I agree, you would probably do well with an elongated style as they are quite universally useful. : )
I think you've got a lot of styles left in you to try, however. My idea is to always match the media with the style. Though everything starts in pencil, in marker there's more intricate detail while in watercolour it's all about colour and shades.
Once I started doing that, even with different subjects, or ideas, it became a lot easier to work each one to my advantage. I wish I could say I have it cracked- but, alas, no such luck. I'm going to be here for a while.
