A work in progress this one, and there's still at lot to do.

This is my idea of a space plane. One that is capable of flying in atmospheric conditions by means of the jet engines on the wings, and flying in space by using the plasma engines mounted at the rear of the fuselage.

It's based on one of the RAFs nuclear cold war bombers. Here's a link to a brief animation showing the landing gear and hatches in operation vimeo.com/317665025

The plane is capable of landing in the conventional manner, but has a VTOL system which can also be used.
