Amazing Photoshop work! I like the character design quite a bit.
The left leg (on -his- right) seems a tad longer than the other, but only by a very, very small amount and the angle of the leg looks painful, but it may just be the viewpoint we have. If you changed the position of his ankle slightly, as if he were just getting ready to lift his foot, it would probably look a bit better - but hell, what do I know?

Also the hand on the right (once again, his left) - maybe the thumb should be stretched out a bit, running with the length of the blade? Its no wonder he's got all those bandages, holding his sword like that!

Once again - THe over all image is wonderful! I agree with ~zakniteh about the background. Possibly an old brick wall, with posters or grafitti?

ANd those have to be one of the coolest boot designs I've seen in a while, props.
A dark backdrop would really liven him up, but looks fine like that.
