I get the feeling that Maya hasn't been feeling well. For whatever reason. Might just be normal not feeling well, one of those days not feeling well, or even pregnant not feeling well. The reason isn't important; whatever it is, she's been feeling lousy enough that she's just in a self-centered mood.
Anyway, Maya hasn't been feeling well, and Krieg's been doing whatever he can to make her feel better.
She'll probably give him a hug when she's back to normal.
