Conan with halberd painted with gouache & water colour.Not sure if Conan would use a halberd,maybe if he took it from a guard or something....

That's technically a poleaxe, but Conan is able to use any melee weapon proficiently as far as I know.

The style and technique are superb. The pose looks a bit stiff though, but that's niggling.

And halca as we call it in Poland, is a realy usefull weapon.
That being sad, i think its preaty great work. I love vains and muscles detail and real look of them. Face is also good done, faithfull to discriptions from the book. Great work
