Using 4 lb density urethane foam to block out the major proportions of the dragon will help keep the weight down once I begin covering the core with polygem epoxy . Balsa foam is REALLY messy but is so easy to work with , the foam dust is worth the trouble of vacuuming . Pinned together now with wood stakes , once the shaping is done I'll glue the separate pieces together with wood glue .
