The color's look great, but I think their ears are too big,it look like they have bat ears.
Their necks are to thin too. It looks like they're emaciated or something. But other than that it looks pretty good.

Wow, you really nailed their expressions, and the coloring is excellent. This is one of the better SWAT Kats fan works I've seen.
