I love how you let the cat melt with the colors of the jungle for the first two panels since it stimulates the illusion that cat usually give--undetectable until too late. The suspense is built just right and if this was shown only by panel by panel you'd have everyone fooled till the last panel and there would be that collective sigh of relief.
I guess I'm not the only one that has been stalked, pounced on, and attacked by a cat with the heart of a tiger.

...cept one of our cats doesn't play unless you poke her, the other one would rather lick you and smear snotty nose all over your face, and the third would rather leap ferociously for the shoulder than risk the foot. <_<
