Portrait drawing of the beautiful and talented Taylor Swift.

This represents the second piece that I've drawn from the same reference photograph. The first portrait was drawn in a more monochromatic style. But I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to recreate it as a full color composition.

I rendered this piece in three stages. First I sketched the form using a Staedtler 2B graphite pencil on 6 x 8in Strathmore toned tan paper. Then I added highlights using a General's white charcoal pencil. Finally I applied color using Faber-Castell pastel pencils and Prismacolor Verithin colored pencils.
