in general. not really sure about her face. there is an emotional, but it good enough? isn't her expression makes her ugly (not symmetrical)?

Make up is good. Her face looks good enough and her expression is NOT making her ugly at all. Symmetry?... you lost me there, why you need symmetry in this portrait? She is showing an emotion and it does not look forced.
But I'm a photography lover, not a well skilled photographer who can give you the best critique. I'm writing as a fan, if that makes sense.
