i was trying to make it look like the pic cuz thats what we were suppose to do and it was just grass........i dont like how the water where hes splashing is rainbow....it just kinda happened

Do you mean with your hand? Try wrapping some TP around your hand when you color or something. Or just keep some type of light cloth underneath the hand you draw with. It helps.

Actually, I think it's the oil/sweat from your hand that makes it smear. So a cloth shouldn't smudge it. I think any cloth, really. I use tissue sometimes, or my sleeve if it's long enough.
