Description
Here's an image of my LEP Villain henchmen/footsoldier army - the Blue Troopers. I based these of the footsoldiers from Disney's Atlantis: the Lost Empire.

Here's a list of facts and info on them.

FACT #1
Troopers are dispensable - there always seems to be hundreds, maybe thousands, of them whenever the Blue Hook are about and there'll be more where they came from. They're mainly mercenaries or commandos but will also act in naval or air force operations.

FACT #2
No one really knows who it is under the uniform and a Trooper never takes off its gasmask. Regiments may consist of rouge soldiers from other armies, escaped criminals, law-dodgers or people looking a way to get-rich-quick and amuse themselves.
There are rumours that it's really a robot under that uniform, or it's not oxygen in the tanks on their backs. Only a few Troopers have ever been unmasked and relieved (sometimes due to the results of cracking their gasmasks open or damaging them to bits).

FACT #3
No female member has been enlisted within these forces, and only one soldier has ever left after having his life saved from a giant wasp in Animaila.

FACT #4
They share their styles of conquering between the Romans of the Asterix books, the Normans and the Hun from both World Wars. They have little to no feelings for anyone else. However, they are extreme pushovers and will always try to run away whenever the League show up - for the League consider no greater past-time than thumping Troopers as a sport.

WEAPONS
Usually rifles (but very few are automatic). They also have skills in hand-pistols, bombs and war machinery, from cannons to tanks.

UNIFORMS
All ranks under Lieutenant are the same, save for possible the sergeant insignia on the sleeves. The Blue Hook icon is always located on the upper-arms and the belt.
These uniforms are worn in all terrains, be it Jungle, Desert or Mountains, with the difference in the thickness of the material used for the different climates.
The helmet is equipped with a light and a built-in radio transmitter for sending and receiving messages.
These uniforms are useless as camouflage.

But there are indeed an army onto themselves.

I did have a hand-drawn design, but I had to make with this as I currently can't find it (I will when I'm not looking for it(!)).

I wish to give thanks to for making this possible for me to do.
