Description
This is the costume for Captain Sheldon Zero in one of my possible stage shows, TUGS: the Musical, and throughout the rest of my TUGS series....I based Zero's features largely on that of Mr. Wormwood in Matilda, but this is how I see the captain of the Z Stacks in Bigg City Port, along with his trademark bullhorn and insignia - gangster by nature and gangster by appearance.
