Great composition, and the rendering style reminds me of Edward Gorey. My one complaint is that the ground and trees seem too bright for a dark night. At the same time, adding more value might have muddied the visual pop of the drawing. That's a very small complaint though, and I love the drawing overall!

i think you are very right, as i have already improved lot since this drawing and these days i would have added more shadows for certain (alsoΒ i personally dislike, what is meant to be building, on the right side, closest to viewer).
