I guessed the task bar hover icons looked kind of dock-ish so I decided to make a Mac-look. I didn't add a dock because I can easily use the start menu or Quick Launch or shortcuts

(Please keep in mind that this wasn't supposed to be Mac-like, but Mac-ish. More like, Mac that works like Windows? I don't know.)

Oh yeah, there's a hack to hide the shut down and log off button in the Start Menu and Taskbaric to iconize the task bar.

UPDATE: You can hide the menubar, throbber (Windows Flag) etc. using this registry script by Vishal-Gupta [link] (If you hide the menubar, you can't use any other toolbar or rearrange the toolbars otherwise the menubar will reappear)
