Do you have the program flash? If you do, to do an animation you just have to go to the timeline (the bar at the top) and right click on one of the little rectangles and click "insert keyframe". Then you draw the shape that you want it to start with. Then, in the next little rectangle, you click "insert keyframe" again, and change it a little bit, like a flipbook. Keep adding frames until you have your whole animation. There are more complicated things you can do if you look up tutorials.
