Okay, this is a redo of "Katara" (in scraps). There was something funny going on with her knee in the first one and it just screamed to be fixedAnyway, I'm not usually one to do a lot of fan art, but I was inspired the other day to paint Katara. She is just such a cool character. Oh, and she is supposed to be older here.
Anyway, this was painted in CS3 with my Genius tablet and I honestly don't know how long this took. The splashes are from brushes created by readheadstock (also a DA member).

I watched one episode a while back when waiting for something else to come on. I was surprised, because what I saw was actually pretty good. So I told my sisters it was worth watching, and now they watch it on the comp. I haven't found time to really watch it myself.
