I can't even post this without getting teary eyed. I think that I've come to accept that she's gone and I have no regrets. She lived the most of what her body would allow and I'm glad that I had twelve years with the best dog I ever had. It's so weird how I decided to go home last week instead of next week. Like I knew that it would be my last time seeing her because she died the day after I left.Though she's no longer physically with me, she still exists in my memories,and that is enough for me.
