That may have been what was going for when he drew it. Personally I've always wondered why Hollywood hasn't cast Dafoe as Dracula in some version of the character past/present/future seeing as he would be perfect for the roll.

Ha, you probably had sinister on the brain as you drew this and your brain went to the most recent sinister actor/character that you had seen recently and bam Willem Dafoe as Dracula. That was how a friend of mine ended up with a drawing of his ex-wife as medusa in a Greek art project he did for college without realizing it. It wasn't until his brother commented on it that he saw it himself!
