Am I the only one that can see and make a connection with the Cupcakes story and Rainbow factory?Remember when pinkie tasted the rainbow liquid and went batshit crazy then ran away?
What if she HAD to run away? was she afraid to show that she knows the flavor of the rainbows that she apparently has never tried? and when rainbow laughed nervously stating that the "Rainbows aren't known for their taste." did she notice pinkies face when she joined the group onece again?

I see the connection like this: Pinkie tasted the rainbow and then freaked about rainbow's horrible job and then made her into a cupcake later on to avenge those innocent pegasi killed for useless reason. And did you not notice that each of the pony heads *except gilda's* Pinkie had looked a little... fake? ya'll get what I'm sayin? good; if you did. And GILDA did a bit of horrible things in her lifetime. Again, you all get wha I'm sayin'?

Well but that would require pinkie having to have made rainbow dash into a cupcake prior to having tasted the liquid rainbow; that, or she would have had to make a pony into a cupcake AFTER they were already a rainbow. Neither of these sinarios make any logical sense however, due to the fact that, having already having been made into a cupcake, rainbow dash couldn't have possibly been there to explain the foal taste of rainbows to pinkie; nor could pinkie make a rainbow into a cupcake due to lack of organic ingredients producible by the pre-separated spectra of the rainbow.
In other words: I see no logic in this for a number of reasons.

I do believe this is from the original one, where rainbows are made of pegasi who failed their flight exam. and rainbow dash is the leader of that section of weather control
