Even without some major infrastructure, they still remain to be a large threat to both the public and the governments of nations around the globe. Even recently modifying one of their latest strains to be able to spread through multiple vectors, and are planning to unleash it to the public soon enough. Neo-Umbrella is growing strong once again, and a new leader is already stepping up to represent the cruel company. The United Nations are growing quite nervous with some recent tips about their new uprising, and have recently set out a team of specialized agents to a once rural city in Belarus that is now growing at a steady pace. They have suspicions that Neo-Umbrella's new location may have been set up there...
