More fan art! lol. decided to do some Gen13 stuff, since i joined this club and all. really, this is another first. i don't think i've ever attempted to draw any of the characters, even though i've loved the comic since the Jim Lee/J. Scott Campbell days. i chose the suit from Talent Caldwell's run. i'll try to cover the whole team, so look out for 'em! enjoy!

definitely did, lol. pretty cool book. i loved how Supergirl reacted when she confronted Fairchild, lol. who knew she was that tempermental? lol.

Those were some fun times. I wonder if Gen13 is still going like wildcats or it died out. I see they revamped Cyberforce and are crossing over with hunter killer.

its still going. there's a club on here that i joined. that's why i'm doing the fan art. check out the avatar at the bottom of my id on my main page. the series has been revamped if i'm not mistaken. i think they're running with the wildcats now.

lol. the character is Caitlyn Fairchild, and she couldn't be further from X-23 if she tried, lol. she's half-way the polar opposite. Fairchild has super strength and durability and she's super intelligent. she's incredibly naive about her beauty and takes almost everything at face-value. she's most confident when figuring something out with those big br-brain hemispheres of hers, lol. Gen13 is a comic that came out in the 90's and was created by Jim Lee & J. Scott Campbell. i'm sure there are some other artists in there too, lol. google 'em. it's a comic that has been revamped at least 2 or 3 times and is still running.

i'm a little late with this reply, but i wanted to think over my answer to you a lil' bit. i'll say what i would say to anybody just jumping on board a comic series... start from the beginning, lol. Gen-13 #1. the comic first debuted in 1994 as a 5-issue miniseries. the trade paper back should be available in comic shops (though, you may have to dig for it). After the miniseries, Gen-13 picked back up again, starting from another issue #1. that's when the story pacing and art really found its home, in my opinion (that's also where i initially started reading the series).
but i still wished i had started from the beginning. i think i would've understood more a lot faster, lol. anyways, that's my advice. try and find the trade paperback of the initial 5-issue miniseries, then go from there. you'll figure out where to stop and start as you go on. either way, definitely good stuff!
