My love for this piece stems solely for the method it was done. Using a mouse and MS Paint, you've managed to create an entire portrait including personality, tone, and character. The piece is very resembling of both paper cut-out and vector art, as with most good MS Paint pieces.
You used tones magnificently, painting a character using strange and dynamic shapes. My admiration goes to you in spots such as the neck, the cheeks, and the forehead. However, the effect was drastically lost in the most troublesome of places -- the mouth and nose. Suggestions to look out for in the future: study and practice. Keep an eye on where the light hits on the nose and put a hard edge on it. If all else fails -- follow the style of the piece. Using the solid lines drastically pulls away, even if it made anatomy more accurate.
Alas, one more drastic mention would be the top-right portion of his head. It ends too soon e.deviantart.net/emoticons/let⦠" width="15" height="15" alt="
" title="

Lastly, just as a small suggestion, I would clean up the final product. The piece has so many white dots and little spots of uncolored section -- it drags the aesthetic value down.
Keep an eye out for style and you're good!

Thank you very much for your thoughtful critique. Now that I looked at the picture after reading the critique, I realized the many things I could improve on. Thayou for noticing the white squares. I will do a better cleanup.

Yes, well done. But I prefer with the resized (little) view. It's look more clear... Probably the blur effect.

I used Coral Paint long time ago, depend the version... But personally I prefer photoshop, and no, its not free... But if you have many artist friends I'm sure they can help you to find a free version... Also, photoshop is good for photo editing but for drawing, I'm not an expert
