Personality: Proud of her beauty and intelect and kinda cold and calculating type. Not too snobish, but aware of her capabilities in a realistic way with no false modesty :3
For voice I have no idea, not too knowledgable of voice actors, but I picture her with a british accent :3

Well, maybe, never tought too much about romance when it comes to megaman/x characters, but I guess allmavericks have that human-like AI, so it is possible if the being of interest is strong, reliable and confident enough :3
As for what would she say...maybe if impressed enough sheΒ΄d beall romantic - well she is delicate, is a cignus and is based on myself afterall xD
