You've been busy! I'm presently on a break from DA, but do try to get on once is a while. I'm doing some light and heavy construction around the house and trying to get it in before the really hot weather sets in!

I'm so glad to hear from you, Walt! I'm just as tied up with many maintenance chores around the house for the same reason. I'll become so lethargic to do things in a hot day!

Yup, and being 70 years old doesn't help anything either! I've been exhausted since I started, but my body is slowly getting used to all the heavy work. Lifting weights and construction have nothing to do with one another. Eighty pound bags of stucco feel like 200 pounds(I can easily(?) lift 200 pounds over my head with weights.

LOL ... Glad I don't need to do such heavy chores for now (my husband will assume that they are his chores), but I understand what you meant. I felt so tired just from pulling weeds and picking up fallen branches ...

The 40D is a super piece of kit, especially with the 100 mm lens, Cecily. Yes, I see you are a Mac and Photoshop practitioner - hmmmm! I tend to use Canon's DPP for much of the preliminary editing, and then tweak things using the Gimp.
