This jingly jangly gal is Dizzi; a toonsune who just loves to play, party and have fun! She's flirty and quirky and has a thing for bells as you can see :V

Her body is essentially composed of an elastic, cartoonish rubbery material that allows her to squash, stretch, inflate, pop, all that jazz with no lasting damage whatsoever to herself., which is good because she's a clumsy goofy goober and often bounces her way into trouble >w>
