I find the piece to be very well done. You manage to show the worry and grief that Vinyl is going through. It is clear to see that she care deeply for Octavia like so many of us fan of the show have express in song, art, and stories. But this piece shows devotion that Vinyl feels for her dear friend and even possibly lover. I find this to be one of the most well round couples that have been created out of the fandom, and it is only because the fandom that I believe understand how two ponies so different in the social background can cast aside those boundaries to grow in a lovable pair. I can reflect greatly on this two characters because of my two aunts who may of came from two different worlds but still managed to find love in one other. This piece was fabulously done, and I appreciate the time it took to create this wonder piece of art.

i have all 11 chapters of Playing with my Heart downloaded to my Ipod, im that much of an Octa/Scratch nut, and fan of Goombasa, and Scribblers story readings. Part of me hopes she wakes up. This is well done man. Even inspired to me to do one of my own .

this was very well done and very beautiful art work. i love how worried and upset Vinyl Scratch seems to display when her friend or lover Octavia is lying in the bed unconscious. would you please post a link to the actual story that this is from so that the fans can read what happened to cause this.

That (or a speaker) was actually one of my first thoughts at seeing this pic. What I ended up saying when I'm a filly and what is this shared it on their Facebook was "That head-wound would be far more disturbing if Octavia were a unicorn." O_o

It's like a story that delves deeper into their relationship, maybe some flashbacks as well. There's only one chapter released so far. As for a continuous illustrated narrative, that might take time
