So THAT'S why my power went out >.< Hehe when I saw this in the movies I thought to myself, 'I wonder if those people's power went out or if freezing them does nothing?' Even if it doesn't do nothing...this is what I think
It must of caused SOME damage!MUM! IT'S PITCH BLACK IN HERE!

Actually, you get a better conductor when the object you're passing electricity through is cold, so, if anything, Jack would have made the lines conduct better. (I'm a a bit of a geek and I paid attention in Physics during the Electricity & Magnetism unit, so, yeah...)

actually we would get shocked because we don't have a positive charge as strong as the ones in the wire, birds don't because of the make of their legs, the energy moved through one leg, into the body and out the other leg. From what I've heard at least, it could be complete crap. Anyways, Jack Frost is a ghost, but still.
