I'm always so intensely jealous of you New Englanders this time of year. Redwood trees are nice in the summer, but all they do is stay green and drop needles year-round. So I'll live autumn vicariously through your photos!

Up State PA the forest is a mix right now. Another two weeks it'll all be blazing colors.
Imagine the same shot in Kentucky where the mountains have been stripped bare for coal and left desolate. They don't get to appreciate autumn down there.
