i made this for a promotional poster in a local shop (which sells GW stuff obviously)
the owner specifically asked for a death company astartes picture.. still can't figure out why he wanted that though.
i'm open for more commission work

Considering the Death Wing are all traitors (and no one will convince me otherwise that Dark Angels are not), I'd rather take my chances with the Death Company.

he's a death company space marine, soldiers like him have fallen to "the Black rage" making them little more than blood crazed killing machines. The black rage comes from an imprinted memory of Sanguinius' death on horus' ship, driving them mad, a progressed version of the red thirst, which blood angel space marines and blood angel successor chapters fight to keep under control each day, lest they become a death company space marine. due to their rage death company marines are able to shrug of wounds that would instantly kill normal marines(headshots or plasma rounds would still put them down).

it is great that some people remember the genetic flaws of the Astartes, not only regarding the Blood Angels, but the Salamanders and the Space Wolves as well
