Here's just a small basic chart for eyes. Males done have many options, do they? Anyways, just play around with them.Also, neat trick with [female] horns: the horns are as tall as the eye is tall it seems.
And I deliberately didn't include fluttershy's eye.

This will make a great reference to keep aside when I draw. I'd personally say that the eye(s) would be the hardest part to draw since it contributes to your ponie's/bronie's emotions and etc.
