Stephanie Brown and, in my headcanon, her best friend Felixa, an OC.
They're still based on the Batman: Arkham video game series.
Stephanie Brown face - I don't think I typed it on the Batgirl suit work, but I tried to base her on Iskra Lawrence .
Felixa Lowe OC face and hair - I like curly hair so I researched on drawing curls. I also loved Samantha Maria's curls back then. I also wanted a mixed girl, but I don't know to color, so I relied on features. I looked into Denise Bidot and Camilla Belle for inspiration, especially her downturned eyes. I also liked Emily Browning's square face and slightly hooked Roman nose ...yeah, I like looking into people's faces, huhu
