Not really. The RED classic pyro was male. No classic BLU mercs were shown previously, until the classic team appearance.

I was referring to the RED classic Pyro in one of the old photos shown in the TF2 comic.
That "if you ACTUALLY" makes me think you pretend to see me as someone who never played TFC. Which is not true.

Sure, they allowed the RED team follow the continuity, but not BLU? Even though all the teams are implied to be just identical clones of one another? It feels like they just shoehorned the gender change in.
I did not pretend, I did think that.
