I used a model similar to this and I like to think of Zhanna as Scoutβs real mother she sent to America. When he returns, he doesnβt return a bear like hear, but a rabbit hopping on the battlefield. Either way, before she expresses her thoughts, she also realizes he is her son (similar to Darth Vader). Eventually she gives him a box showing evidence she was pregnant with him and even raising him for a bit. This shocks Scout as he screams when Zhanna and Heavy are discussing whether Soldier should stay or not. After Scout discovers the truth, Zhanna, Scout, and Heavy decide to try and kill the shoulder. That was just my head canon.

I think it's good, just wanted to see her with the smile, a nice expression, maybe you can add another deviation?

Check out the shoes, the style just don't fit! YOU DON'T WEAR HALF-BOOTIES with a dress with no stockings/pantihose,
booties are for the colder times. She just needs elegant retro fem shoes, just like in "Meet the spy" she was wearing those.
The hair must be more "puffy" but lower,Β and the face reminds scouts face, like it's not mother, like it's his sister, and by the vid Meet the spy her face is more round, lips are more full and make-up is different.
Yes, I checked the vid. Many times. I try to pay a lot of attention, to see the details when people create tf2 fem chars.

Anyway, you shouldn't worry about your model it's just great ^.^ I think you have put all the stuff necessary to it.

I suppose those are valid criticisms, but the amount of effort, time, and resources it will take to remodel, rerig, and redo the 150+ facial flexes to make it HWM again just to correct those things just isn't worth it. I mean, most people won't notice every tiny missing detail, and the current model is pretty close anyway. I agree with the face and make up part though (although the make up issue can be fixed with simple retexturing), not so sure about the shoes part, they seem fine to me. Β Given that the video is the only reference we have for the scout's mom model, I'd say Rebbacus still did a pretty swell job at making Scout's mom!

The thing is that I've changed the mesh to fix the clipping issue with the shoulder/chest so it's still there but it might be harder to see hehe

1- it crashes if i download anything from the workshop
2- some items are black and i can't change it (painting doesn't work either)

On your Steam application:
Go to LIBRARY -> SOFTWARE
Then right click on Source Filmmaker, and go to Properties at the very bottom
Go the the LOCAL FILES tab, then click "Verify Integrity of Application Cache"
The verification process will take a few minutes so wait for it to finish. This usually fixes things for me when my Source Filmmaker acts weird
